RAINBOW VALLEY MEDITATION Can be changed to suit your local area, the qualities that your area reflects back to your community. It is a guideline. The important part is to connect with the Rainbow energies which relate to our energy systems i.e. our chakra's and the beings that support life i.e. deva's, angels, elementals amongst others. We ask that you step into your hearts an your imaginations and using all of your senses connect with the Source of all Creation. Feel the joy and wonder of the land as we acknowledge it, see this reflected in its beauty as we learn to recognise its livingness and to learn to co-operate with it and each other. See the skies shed tears of happiness, joy as we heal our thoughts and emotions enjoined in the feeling of community bringing abundance, health and prosperity to all. Howver you wish to create this vision feel the beauty of its truth.. See a rainbow covering our Valleys as if after a summer rain, feel the splendour of the colours...reds, oranges, yellows, greens, blues, indigo and violet. Feeel the rainbow centre in your Being and connecting to the centre of the Earth, Our Mother. See the rays of colours spraying out from you to touch very living thing. Feel the sound of awakening and know that in your heart whenever people join together to share their vision of a healed Earth, they are working co-creatively with the divine within each of them.
